What I like about you, and your writing is you're no-nonsense and that appeals to me. As for what I'd like to see...I leave it up to you and how God guides you.
I don't want to read about failed ministries because giving the enemy too much attention distracts from Jesus. But I also have a very busy life, and I need to be laser focused. I feel the shift, we all do, I'm focusing on what God guides me to do. I don't post for likes..heck I don't get much, but my open rates are pretty high, according to my husband the marketing brains in the family. I even stopped Substack articles to finish my book editing, at God's request, and still goofed that up... but that's because I don't have the right attitude toward my book🤷♀️
So, my friend, I believe you need to follow God's guidance and do what only you can do in whatever way it works for your life. Hope I made sense.😁
Speaking what God has been speaking into your heart is most genuine and authentic. False profits (not misspelled lol) have always been with us, and satan the deceiver does his best work inside the church. I've learned that our focus and reason for living is Jesus and keeping our eye on Him in the midst of whatever storm we face. This is indeed, fellowship divine!
God has rebuked the prophetic, and people might be wise to hold back some and seek His approval more. The prophetic is not on us to fulfill and manage but to hear Him, do what He says (and others will no doubt copy but let them!) and lead with anointing and holiness. Things were not going well, there was a lot of sensationalism that wanted to compete (not a spirit of God) and it became "seclular" and not holy and/or Spiritual! Ministry is called to HELP OTHERS! Ministry is not a calling to compete with God or as God, leading the (His) way!
Walking with God is a journey and a dimension of learning to walk in His Love, a Love that has a power to change things - for the better, even if it is just insightful. God is loving and kind but WE are not His chum that He needs to hang with. I think that is being a little loose on Who He really us, a Being that is beyond us but will step close and respond to us with His will. He doesn't need us but we need Him and He will express the format of His Love which is pretty astounding but WE NEED to know HIM and that takes effort on our part!. His favor is powerful but not political. He has wiped out generations of people who did not regard Him. But He notices things that notice Him!
He wants to be known! The Creator of this Universe! His Presence is powerful and enough to keep us occupied for quite a while. He has a Plan to engage us, and WE have to FIND that! This political version that we see so often is missing the mark! We can entertain ourselves or engage Him, it is a choice and a search!
